The image monitor is also equipped with an eye sensor that turns off when you look into the viewfinder. Newly designed optical viewfinder provides 100% field of view and 1.05x image magnification. Veiwfinder offers a wide viewing angle comparable to full frame cameras with increased image brightness thanks to the improved reflectivity of the pentaprism.
A top ISO sensitivity of 1.6 million provides image capture in low light conditions and achieves excellent descriptive capabilities throughout the sensitivity range. Filtering the multidimensional space of the image reduces noise and leaves fine contours. It maximizes resolution performance and reproduces subject texture and detail.
PENTAX SHAKE REDUCTION MECHANISM – Equipped with PENTAX SR II, the K-3 Mark III provides up to 5.5-stops of 5-axis image stabilization for blur-free images when using telephoto lenses or in challenging low-light conditions.
